The system of record for multi-channel sellers

The operations layer for multi-channel sellers.

DS-Mate keeps your Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop orders aligned with your suppliers — with the audit trail, approvals, and cross-channel state your VA, your CFO, and your Amazon account-health all need.

  • Five channels and your suppliers in one workspace
  • Scoped roles and an immutable per-actor audit log
  • A 6-hour Protection Window so cancellations never cost you

The failure chain

Every tool in your stack works fine on its own.

The problem is what happens between them.

A Shopify store gets an Amazon listing. Then eBay. Then TikTok Shop. Then a spreadsheet to track what shipped. Then another tool because the first one only handles one channel properly.

Each tool works. The chain doesn’t.

That’s where orders go missing. That’s where inventory drifts. That’s where account-health warnings come from. That’s where DS-Mate lives — in the gap between the tools.

Who it's for

The four sellers we built this for.

You're one of these. We talked to twenty of you.

My VA can see my credit card on file.

Store owner, 4 channels, 1 VA

Shared logins, saved cards, payout settings — one bad actor or one stolen laptop and the business is frozen. DS-Mate gives your team scoped roles with per-actor audit. They do their job. They don't see your wallet.

I use a proxy to spoof my client's region, then wait for the OTP.

Virtual assistant, manages 6 stores

Proxy sessions, shared credentials, no audit log proving who did what. DS-Mate gives the VA their own seat with their own login. Every action attributable. Approvals on high-risk ones. The seller sleeps; the VA still works.

Inventory sync lag oversold us 40 units last month. Amazon hit our account-health for it.

Brand owner, Shopify + Amazon

Stock drift between channels is what triggers Amazon AHR warnings, TikTok VTR penalties, and cancellation spikes. DS-Mate keeps inventory aligned and surfaces drift before the marketplace bots act.

I'm running 4 channels stitched together with spreadsheets. One outage and I'm losing dispatch SLA on every channel at once.

Multi-channel dropshipper, 200 orders/week

One workspace. Five channels. Routing trees, fallback suppliers, approval rules — configured once, then DS-Mate runs them. The spreadsheets retire.

What DS-Mate does

Five integrations. End-to-end. Shipped.

Not "coming soon." Not "via Zapier." Full ordering, tracking, recovery, and returns loop on every connected channel.

Shopify

OAuth install

Order webhooks, inventory sync, fulfillment, tracking push

Amazon

SP-API (Seller Central)

Listings, import review, ODR-aware fulfillment, FBA fallback

eBay

OAuth

Listings, order ingest, buyer-cancellation approval flow

TikTok Shop

OAuth

Order ingest, VTR/LDR-aware dispatch, tracking sync

AliExpress

OAuth (your account)

Supplier ordering, tracking, return case sync

Five integrations on $115K of founder capital. That’s not a roadmap. That’s the product.

6-hour Protection Window

The 6 hours that pay for themselves.

When a customer places an order, DS-Mate waits 6 hours before paying your supplier.

If the customer cancels in that window — and most cancellations happen there — you owe nothing. Your supplier was never charged. You don’t file a return. You don’t absorb a restocking fee. No other dropshipping tool does this.

After the window closes, paid plans auto-fulfill from your service-credit balance. Free-plan orders surface a manual “Pay Now” card. Either way, the cancellation grace period is on the house.

Standard on every connected channel. Configurable per workspace.
Supplier fallback + Max Price

Two suppliers. One price ceiling. Zero margin surprises.

Link every variant to a primary supplier and an optional secondary fallback. Set a Max Price — the per-unit ceiling for product + shipping + tax combined.

Primary goes out of stock?

DS-Mate fails over to Secondary automatically and keeps shipping.

Supplier prices spike past your ceiling?

DS-Mate refuses to pay and surfaces the error on the order. You decide: raise the ceiling, cancel, or wait.

No fallback configured?

The order halts at "Out of Stock" — visible, recoverable, never silently fulfilled at a loss.

The order detail page

An order is six things at once.

Most tools show you "Status: Shipped." DS-Mate models six parallel states on every order.

Channel fulfillment

What the storefront thinks.

Customer payment

What the buyer paid.

DS-Mate pipeline

Where we are in the workflow.

Supplier order

What the supplier is doing.

Item-level state

Per line item.

Return state

Case ID, reason, status, refund.

Every transition logged. Every banner explained. Every action — pay, refetch address, approve buyer cancellation, request return — visible and attributable. This is what “system-of-record” looks like, made concrete.

For teams & VAs

Multi-tenant RBAC. Immutable audit log. Built in, not bolted on.

DS-Mate has four roles enforced at the API layer.

Owner

Connects stores, manages billing, approves high-risk actions.

Manager

Runs operations, configures routing and rules.

VA

Places orders, handles returns, can be required to submit high-risk actions for owner approval.

Read-only

Sees dashboards and orders, makes no changes.

Every state-changing action is logged with actor, timestamp, target, and before/after state. Queryable per user. The VA’s actions are attributable to the VA — not to the seller’s shared login. The audit trail is the moat that lets you safely scale your team without scaling your risk.

“Inviting a VA used to mean handing over the keys. Now they have their own login, scoped permissions, and I can see every action they took.”

Customer-owned suppliers

Your supplier accounts. Not ours.

Connect your own AliExpress account via OAuth. Your supplier discounts, your order history, your audit trail.

DS-Mate places orders against your credentials with full per-actor logging — the VA places the order, but the receipt shows it ran on your account, your wallet, your terms. End-to-end audit, no proxy buyer model in the middle.

If you don’t have an AliExpress account yet, the built-in DS-Mate default supplier is available as a fallback. Most sellers graduate to their own account within 30 days.

Multi-channel operations

Looking for our next 8 pilots.

Free for 30 days, then $19 or $39 depending on volume. Two 20-minute check-ins. Honest feedback in exchange for early access to the Account-Health Dashboard when it ships in Q1 2027.

We’re picking pilots who run 20–200 orders/week across 2+ channels, with at least Shopify + Amazon, and at least one VA on the team.
