Our Services provide e-commerce automation tools that connect merchant storefronts with supplier marketplaces, drop shipping partners, fulfillment providers, and sales channels to sync order fulfillment, product data, route orders, provide shipment tracking and operational workflows.

Fundamental Privacy Principles

We follow a few core principles:

  • We only collect personally identifying information when we truly need it to provide the Services.
  • We do not sell your personal information and only share it as necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.
  • You may browse our website without providing personal information, but certain features require account registration and integration access.

Third-Party Links and Platforms

Third-Party Payment Processing (Stripe)

Payments made through the Services are processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), a third-party payment processor. Payment information is submitted directly to Stripe and handled in accordance with Stripe's terms and privacy policy. DS-Mate does not store or process full payment card details, but may receive limited transaction-related information (such as payment status and billing identifiers) to provide the Services.

We collect and use personal information only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, communicate with users, and comply with legal obligations. We collect only the data necessary to provide automation and integration services.

A. Merchant Account Information

  • Business name
  • Contact name
  • Email address
  • Store identifiers and business information
  • Subscription and billing metadata

B. Storefront and Commerce Data (via Integrations)

With merchant authorization, we may access:

  • Product listings, SKUs, descriptions, images
  • Inventory levels and pricing
  • Orders and fulfillment status
  • Shipping and delivery preferences

C. Order and Fulfillment Data (Customer Data Processed on Merchant's Behalf)

To enable fulfillment and/or dropshipping workflows, we may process:

  • Customer name
  • Shipping address
  • Email address or phone number (if included in the order)
  • Items purchased and delivery instructions
  • Shipment tracking details

We process this data solely on behalf of the merchant to provide fulfillment and automation services.

D. Supplier Marketplace and Channel Information

We connect merchants with suppliers therefore we may collect:

  • Supplier catalogs and availability
  • Lead times and fulfillment capabilities
  • Shipment confirmations and tracking updates
  • Supplier performance metrics

E. Platform Usage and Technical Data

We automatically collect non-identifying technical information such as:

  • Log files and diagnostic data

  • Referring and exit pages

F. Email Addresses

Because the Services facilitate supplier fulfillment:

  • Customer order details may be transmitted to suppliers selected by the merchant
  • Suppliers receive only what is needed to fulfill the order
  • Suppliers are prohibited from using customer data for unrelated marketing or resale
  • Suppliers may not contact customers directly unless explicitly authorized by the merchant

C. With Third-Party Service Providers

We use vendors for hosting, analytics, customer support, and relationship management. Examples include:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Google Analytics

These providers process information only on our behalf and under contractual safeguards.

D. In Good Faith

When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a written government request.

E. Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose information if required to:

  • Comply with subpoenas or lawful requests
  • Protect rights, safety, or security

VAdditional Provisions

A. Privacy of Minors
