Managing Notification Preferences
Customize which email notifications you receive from DS-Mate — summaries, order updates, sync reports, and marketing communications.
1Notification Categories
DS-Mate has four notification settings. Summary is the parent toggle that controls email digest notifications. Order Updates sends you notifications about order status changes and fulfillment updates. Sync Reports alerts you about store synchronization activity. Marketing Emails controls promotional and feature announcement communications.
2How Parent-Child Toggles Work
The Summary toggle acts as a master switch for Order Updates and Sync Reports. When Summary is turned off, both Order Updates and Sync Reports are automatically disabled and cannot be individually enabled. Marketing Emails operates independently and is not affected by the Summary toggle.
3Saving Your Preferences
Adjust your notification toggles as desired, then click 'Save Changes' to apply. The button is only active when you have made changes. A confirmation notification appears when your preferences are saved. Your settings take effect immediately for all future notifications.
