Using Reports and Analytics

5 min read

Get the most out of DS-Mate reporting — understand revenue trends, order volume, and per-product performance across your stores.

1Accessing Reports

Navigate to Reports from the sidebar menu. Select a store using the store selector — reports are generated per store, not across all stores. Choose your analysis period from the selector: Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days (default), or Last 90 Days. All report data updates automatically when you change the store or period.

2Key Performance Indicators

Three KPI cards at the top provide a quick snapshot of your store performance. Estimated Revenue shows your total revenue for the selected period. Sales shows the total number of orders. Returns shows the count of orders with a returned fulfillment status. These metrics provide an immediate overview of your business performance.

3Overview Tab

The Overview tab displays two charts. The Revenue Trend line chart shows your daily revenue over the selected period, making it easy to identify growth patterns or dips. The Daily Orders bar chart shows your order volume day by day, helping you spot trends in customer demand.

4Product Analysis Tab

Switch to the Product Analysis tab to see a per-product breakdown of your sales performance. The table shows each product's ID, variant ID, total order count, and total revenue — sorted by revenue from highest to lowest. Use this to identify your best-selling products and optimize your catalog accordingly.
