Cancellation and Refund Policy

Learn about your options for canceling your DS-Mate subscription and requesting refunds.

1Cancellation Options

DS-Mate offers two cancellation options. 'Cancel Now' immediately ends your subscription, triggers a prorated refund for the unused portion, and redirects you to the plan selection page where you can choose a new plan or continue with the Free plan. 'Cancel Renewal' keeps your current plan active until the end of the billing period, after which your account transitions to the Free plan with no refund issued.

2How to Cancel

Navigate to Settings, open the Plan and Billing tab, and click 'Cancel Subscription'. A dialog appears with both cancellation options clearly explained. Choose the option that best fits your situation. If you cancel renewal, your plan card will show an 'Active — expires soon' status with the exact date your access ends.

3Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund beyond the automatic proration from Cancel Now, you can submit a refund request through the Plan and Billing page. Our team reviews refund requests and responds within a few business days. For credit purchase refunds, use the refund request option on the Service Credit page.

4Reactivating Your Subscription

If you canceled renewal but changed your mind before the period ends, you can reactivate your subscription from the Plan and Billing page. Click 'Reactivate Subscription' and your plan will continue without interruption. If your plan has already expired, you will need to go through the checkout process again to subscribe.
