Billing, Invoices, and Payments
View your invoices, manage payment methods, and understand your billing cycle in DS-Mate.
1Viewing Invoices
Navigate to Settings and open the Plan and Billing tab. Scroll down to the Invoices section to see a paginated list of all past invoices. Each invoice shows the date, amount, status, and links to view or download the invoice as a PDF for your records.
2Managing Payment Methods
Click 'Manage Billing' in the Plan and Billing tab to open the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can add, update, or remove payment methods, view your complete billing history, and download invoices. All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.
3Billing Cycle
Your subscription billing date is shown on your plan card. For monthly plans, you are billed on the same day each month. For annual plans, you are billed once per year. Your plan card displays the next billing date and whether auto-renewal is enabled. You can toggle auto-renewal on or off from the Plan and Billing page.
