Changing Your Password
Change your DS-Mate account password and understand the security requirements and sign-out behavior.
1Password Requirements
Your new password must meet all five security criteria: at least 8 characters long, contain at least one number, at least one lowercase letter, at least one uppercase letter, and at least one special character. A live indicator shows which requirements are met as you type your new password.
2How to Change Your Password
Navigate to Settings and open the Security tab. Enter your current password, then type your new password and confirm it. Click 'Update Password' to apply the change. DS-Mate validates your current password before accepting the new one.
3Automatic Sign-Out
For security, changing your password automatically signs you out of all active sessions across all devices after a brief delay. You will be redirected to the sign-in page where you can log in with your new password. This ensures that no unauthorized sessions remain active after a password change.
