
Checking Import Request Status
Track the status of your product imports and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the import process.
1Viewing Import Requests
Navigate to the Products page and switch to the 'Import Requests' view. Here you will see all your past and current import requests with their current status: Pending, Processing, Synced, Failed, Issues Detected, or Pending Review.
2Checking Individual Status
For imports that are still in Pending or Processing state, click the 'Check Status' button to get a real-time update from the platform. This is particularly useful for Amazon imports which go through a review process that can take some time.
3Bulk Status Check
If you have multiple pending imports, use the 'Check All Statuses' button to update all of them at once. DS-Mate processes the checks in batches and displays a summary showing how many were updated and if any encountered issues.
4Handling Failed Imports
If an import fails, click on the request to see detailed error information and recommendations. Common issues include missing required attributes for Amazon listings or validation errors. You can use the retry feature to attempt the import again after resolving the issue.
