How Store Sync Works

3 min read

Learn how DS-Mate keeps your store data in sync — products, orders, inventory, and fulfillment status are all updated automatically.

1Automatic Synchronization

DS-Mate continuously syncs data between your connected stores and our platform. Products, orders, inventory levels, and fulfillment statuses are updated automatically through webhook events and periodic polling. This ensures your dashboard always reflects the latest state of your business.

2What Gets Synced

Product data includes titles, descriptions, prices, variants, images, and stock levels. Order data includes customer information, line items, payment status, and fulfillment status. When you fulfill an order through DS-Mate, tracking numbers are synced back to your store so your customers receive shipping updates.

3Manual Sync

While syncing happens automatically, you can trigger a manual sync at any time. Go to Settings, open the Stores tab, and click the refresh button on any store card. You can also check the Sync Status widget on your dashboard to see the most recent sync timestamp and per-store sync status.
