Managing Multiple Stores
Run multiple stores across different sales channels from one DS-Mate dashboard and manage them all efficiently.
1Multi-Store Dashboard
DS-Mate supports connecting multiple stores across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. Your main dashboard aggregates data from all stores, showing combined revenue, order counts, and performance metrics. The store selector available throughout the app lets you focus on a specific store when needed.
2Store Limits by Plan
The number of stores you can connect depends on your subscription plan. The Free plan supports 1 store. The Starter plan supports up to 10 stores. The Growth plan supports up to 25 stores. If you need more, contact us about our Enterprise plan.
3Switching Between Stores
The store selector appears at the top of most pages including Orders, Products, Unmapped Variants, and Reports. When you switch stores, the page automatically refreshes to show data for the selected store. Your last selected store is remembered across sessions.
4Store Status Indicators
Each store card in Settings displays the platform logo, your role (Owner, Member, or Admin), the country code, store name, and last sync timestamp. A green pulse indicator shows stores that are actively syncing. Use the refresh button to trigger a manual sync at any time.
