How to Submit a Support Ticket

Get help from the DS-Mate support team by submitting a ticket directly from your dashboard.

1Opening the Support Widget

Click the floating chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard. The support widget opens with two options: Submit a Ticket for non-urgent issues, and Live Chat for real-time assistance. Support is available Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM EST.

2Filling Out the Ticket Form

Click 'Submit a Ticket' and fill in the form. Select a category that best matches your issue: Billing/Subscription, Technical Issue, Store Integration, Feature Request, or Other. Enter a clear subject line (up to 150 characters) and a detailed description of your issue (10 to 5,000 characters). The more detail you provide, the faster we can help.

3After Submission

Once you submit your ticket, you will receive a confirmation with your ticket number. Our support team reviews all tickets and responds within 24 hours. You will receive email notifications when there are updates on your ticket. Your identity is automatically linked to your DS-Mate account — no need to enter your email separately.
