Using Live Chat Support

Chat with our support team in real-time for immediate assistance with any DS-Mate questions or issues.

1Starting a Live Chat

Click the floating chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard and select 'Live Chat'. The chat window connects you to our support system where you can type messages and receive responses in real-time. Sound notifications are enabled so you will hear when a response arrives.

2AI-Assisted Responses

Your conversation may initially be handled by our AI assistant, which can answer common questions about DS-Mate features, account settings, and troubleshooting. The AI draws from our comprehensive knowledge base to provide accurate, helpful responses immediately.

3Connecting to a Human Agent

If you need to speak with a human support agent, click the 'Connect to Agent' button in the chat window. This escalates your conversation to a member of our support team. Human agents are available during business hours: Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM EST.

4Chat Persistence

Your chat conversation persists across page navigation within DS-Mate. You can continue browsing your dashboard while waiting for a response. Messages from both AI and human agents appear in the same conversation thread for a seamless support experience.
