
How to View and Manage Orders
Learn how to view, search, filter, and manage all your orders across multiple stores and channels from the DS-Mate dashboard.
1Accessing Your Orders
Navigate to the Orders page from the sidebar menu. Your orders are displayed in a comprehensive table showing Order ID, fulfillment status, payment status, item count, total sale amount, revenue, and timestamps. Use the store selector at the top to switch between your connected stores.
2Searching and Filtering
Use the search bar to find orders by Order ID, order name, or supplier order ID. Apply filters to narrow results by fulfillment status (Unfulfilled, Partially Shipped, Shipped, Delivered, Fulfilled), payment status (Pending, Paid), and order status (Active, Deleted, All). Filters reset to page 1 automatically for accurate results.
3Viewing Order Details
Click the expand arrow on any order row to reveal detailed information including shipping address (country, state, city, postal code), a complete financial summary (subtotal, shipping, tax, discounts, and total), and a line-by-line breakdown of each item with SKU, supplier product ID, supplier order ID, item cost, and tracking information.
4Order Revenue Tracking
DS-Mate automatically calculates your revenue for each order based on the sale price plus shipping minus supplier cost. Revenue is displayed per order and aggregated across your dashboard, giving you real-time visibility into your profitability.
