Understanding Order Statuses
A complete guide to every order status in DS-Mate — what each one means and what action to take.
1Platform Fulfillment Statuses
These statuses are synced directly from your sales channel. Unfulfilled means the order has not been shipped yet. Partially Fulfilled indicates some items have shipped but not all. Shipped means the order is in transit. Fulfilled confirms all items have been shipped. Delivered means the customer has received the order.
2Payment Statuses
Payment statuses reflect the financial state of the order. Paid means the customer has completed payment. Pending indicates payment is awaiting processing. Authorized means funds are held but not yet captured. Partially Paid and Partially Refunded indicate partial transactions. Refunded means a full refund has been issued.
3DS-Mate Internal Statuses
DS-Mate tracks additional fulfillment states on the supplier side. Pending means the order is awaiting fulfillment. Pay Now prompts you to complete payment for supplier costs. Processing indicates the supplier is preparing the order. Shipped and Delivered track the supplier shipment. Failed flags an issue that needs your attention. Price Changed alerts you when the supplier cost has changed since the order was placed.
4Taking Action on Status Changes
When you see a Failed or Price Changed status, expand the order details to understand the issue. For price changes, you can decide whether to proceed at the new cost. For failures, review the error details and retry the fulfillment or contact support for assistance.
