
Inviting Team Members to Your Store
Share store access with team members by sending invitations — manage who can view and work with your store data.
1Who Can Invite
Only store owners on paid plans (Starter or Growth) can send invitations. Free plan users and users on active trials need to upgrade before inviting team members. The number of guests allowed depends on your plan: Starter allows 1 guest and Growth allows up to 10 guests per store.
2Sending an Invitation
Navigate to Settings and open the Stores tab. Click 'Invite Guest' on the store you own. Select the target store from the dropdown, then enter the email address of the person you want to invite. The invitee must already have a DS-Mate account. Click 'Invite' to send the invitation.
3Managing Invitations
The Stores tab includes sub-tabs for managing Guests (accepted team members) and Invitations Sent (grouped by store). You can track each invitation's status: Pending (yellow), Accepted (green), Rejected (red), or Expired (orange). Invitations automatically expire after 14 days if not accepted. You can resend expired invitations.
4Accepting or Rejecting Invitations
If you receive a store invitation, you will find it in your Settings under the Stores tab. Pending invitations appear with Accept and Reject options. You can filter your invitations by status using the Pending, Accepted, and Rejected tabs. Once accepted, the store appears in your store selector and you can view its data.
