
Connecting Your Amazon Store
Step-by-step instructions to connect your Amazon Seller Central account to DS-Mate for automated product and order management.
1Prerequisites
You need an active Amazon Seller Central account with professional selling plan. Make sure you have admin access to your seller account and know which marketplace you want to connect (e.g., Amazon US, UK, or EU).
2Connecting Your Account
Navigate to Settings and open the Stores tab. Click 'Connect Store +' and select Amazon as your provider. Choose your target marketplace from the dropdown list. Click 'Connect' to be redirected to Amazon Seller Central where you will authorize DS-Mate to access your account through Amazon's secure OAuth process.
3After Authorization
Once you approve the connection in Seller Central, you will be redirected back to DS-Mate. Your Amazon store will appear in the stores grid with the Amazon logo, your marketplace country code, and your store name. DS-Mate begins syncing your product catalog and order data automatically.
4Managing the Connection
From the stores grid, you can manually trigger a sync using the refresh button, view the last sync timestamp, or disconnect the store if needed. If your store shows a Suspended status, use the Reauthorize option to re-establish the connection.
