Fixing Unmapped Product Variants
Identify and resolve unmapped product variants so every item in your store is linked to a supplier and ready for fulfillment.
1What Are Unmapped Variants?
Unmapped variants are product variants in your store that are not linked to any supplier product. Without a link, DS-Mate cannot automatically fulfill orders for these items. The Unmapped page gives you a dedicated view to identify and resolve all unlinked variants across your stores.
2Finding Unmapped Variants
Click 'Unmapped' in the sidebar menu to open the unmapped variants page. Select your store using the store selector. The page displays all unlinked variants with columns for variant name, product title, SKU, price, options (such as size and color), and sales channel. Use the search bar to filter by variant name, SKU, or product title.
3Linking Unmapped Variants
Click the 'Link' button on any unmapped variant to open the Link Variant Wizard. Paste the supplier product URL or ID, fetch the product details, and select the matching supplier variant. Once linked, the variant disappears from the unmapped list and is ready for automated fulfillment.
4Sorting and Pagination
Click column headers to sort the list by variant name, price, or product title. Choose between 10, 25, or 50 rows per page using the pagination controls at the bottom. The footer displays the total count of unmapped variants so you can track your progress as you work through the list.
