
How to Upgrade or Change Your Plan
Upgrade, downgrade, or switch your DS-Mate subscription plan with prorated billing and no data loss.
1Changing Your Plan
Navigate to Settings and open the Plan and Billing tab. Click 'Change Plan' to be taken to the pricing page where you can compare all available plans. Select your desired plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual). You will be directed to a secure Stripe checkout to complete the payment.
2Prorated Billing
When you change plans mid-cycle, DS-Mate calculates a prorated amount so you only pay the difference for the remaining period. If you downgrade, the new rate takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can preview the exact prorated amount before confirming the change.
3Scheduled Changes
Some plan changes are scheduled rather than immediate. When you downgrade, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period, then the new plan takes effect. A status alert in your plan card shows the scheduled change and its effective date.
4After the Change
Once your plan change is processed, your new limits take effect immediately for upgrades. The Plan and Billing page updates to reflect your new plan details, limits, and next billing date. A confirmation status is shown while the change is being finalized (typically within a few minutes).
