How do I find and review my orders in DS-Mate?

Steps

1. 1Click Orders in the left sidebar.
2. 2Choose a store in the store picker in the top bar. Until you do, the page shows No Store Selected.
3. 3Pick a period at the top right: All time, Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default) or Last 90 days. The cards and the table both follow it.
4. 4Read the five cards: Sales (excl. cancelled), Revenue (net), Total Orders, Pending Fulfillment and Avg. Order Value.
5. 5Search with Search orders by ID.... It matches the order ID, the order name and the supplier order ID.
6. 6Click Filters to narrow the list:

• Fulfillment Status: All, Unfulfilled, Partially Shipped, Shipped, Delivered, Fulfilled.
• Payment Status: All, Pending, Paid, Refunded, Partially refunded.
• Order Status: Active Only (the default), Deleted Only, All Orders.

Use Clear all filters to reset them.

7. 7Turn on Awaiting your action to see only orders that need something from you.
8. 8The table columns are Order ID, Status, Items, Total Sale, Revenue, Receipt, Created At, Updated At and Delivery. You can sort by Total Sale, Created At and Updated At.
9. 9Click View details (the eye icon) on a row to open Order Details, with Order Information, Shipping Address, Financial Summary and Order Items. Use Back to Orders to return to the same page of the list.
10. 10Use Rows per page: at the bottom to show 10, 25 or 50 orders.

Good to know

• The Status column shows one badge that combines the channel, payment and supplier state. Some orders show an action button there instead, such as Pay with card. See "What does each order status in DS-Mate mean?".
• Deleted orders are shaded red and only appear when you choose Deleted Only or All Orders.
• The period filter uses the date DS-Mate recorded the order, while Created At shows the date on the channel. They can differ for orders that synced late.
• Revenue shows - until DS-Mate has placed the supplier order. See "How does DS-Mate calculate the Revenue on an order?".
• Changing a search or filter takes you back to page 1.
