What plans does DS-Mate offer, and what does each one include?

1. 1Open Settings and select Plan & Billing.
2. 2The Current Plan card shows your plan and, on a paid plan, how you are billed and your next billing date.
3. 3The Plan Usage card shows what you have used this billing cycle against your limits: Products, Orders, Stores and Linked Variants.
4. 4The Available Plans card compares the plans. Use Monthly or Yearly to switch prices. Select See full plan comparison for the full table on the Pricing page.

Good to know

• Free: 1 store, 3,000 imported products, 200 products on active monitoring, 30 orders a month. You fulfill orders by hand through the DS-Mate supplier and pay each one at checkout. Sourcing is from the AliExpress catalog only. Support is by email.
• Starter adds: 100 orders a month, 2 stores, 20,000 imported products, 2,000 on active monitoring, 1 team seat, sourcing from Alibaba, CJdropshipping and DS-Mate suppliers, your own supplier accounts, service credits, automatic stock replenishment, eBay buyer messages in your DS-Mate inbox, tracking number edits, shipping labels, returns, supplier trending products and live chat support.
• Growth adds: 250 orders a month, 5 stores, 75,000 imported products, 10,000 on active monitoring, 5 team seats, hot products discovery with search by image, and email alerts about stuck orders. On Growth you can buy extra stores or team seats for $5 a month each ($60 a year each).
• Extra stores and team seats are bought in the Add-on slots card in Plan & Billing with Add one. The charge starts the same day, not on your next invoice. If Shopify bills your plan, this card does not appear. Contact support and the team adds the slot for you.
• Every order DS-Mate fulfills for you counts toward your monthly orders, including orders you fulfill by hand and order updates DS-Mate sends back to your sales channel.
• On Starter and Growth, orders past your monthly allowance are charged your plan's per order rate. Starter pays 30¢ per order DS-Mate fulfills and 40¢ on your own supplier account. Growth pays 20¢ per order DS-Mate fulfills and 30¢ on your own supplier account. Free has no overage. To fulfill more orders on Free, upgrade.
• On the Plan Usage card, a meter shows "Approaching limit" at 80% and "Limit reached" at 100%.
• The Linked Variants meter on Plan Usage is your active monitoring limit: 200 on Free, 2,000 on Starter and 10,000 on Growth.
• Yearly billing costs about 20% less than paying monthly for 12 months.
• The free trial lasts 14 days. You get one trial per account, not one per plan, and you trial the plan you pick (Starter or Growth).
• When the trial ends: if Continue automatically when the trial ends was on, your card is charged the plan price on that date and the plan continues. If it was off, the plan ends on that date unless you subscribe before then. You can change this with the Auto-Renew switch in Plan & Billing.
